Description

### Describe the feature or problem you'd like to solve

the slash command should tell CP to reread my files

### Proposed solution

The user is making a good point - they're asking if there could be a slash command specifically to notify me that
they've changed files, so I know to re-read them before making edits. This would help prevent me from overwriting
their changes.

I would be nice ta have an slash command like reread files or refresh. Often I change some code during
CoPilot session (somtimes I am faster than CP) . I always have to tell cp reread my files to be in sync othervice
he overrides my code. The perfect solution ofcourse would be something like /watch
