CLI seems to drop out in powershell session

### Describe the bug

I run the cli in Powershell (in windows terminal) with multiple tabs open, sometimes the cli seems to drop out and print odd chars on the prompt, but the tab still thinks it is going (progress spinner on the tab title)

I don't know if it is still running or not.

**Update**
One of the copilot cli crashed to this:

GitHub Copilot CLI 0.0.406.

### Steps to reproduce the behavior

I can not reproduce every time, but it is generally when I have more than one cli executing at the same time.

### Expected behavior

It stays in session.
