### Describe the bug
When presented with multiple questions and choosing to answer all, the questions disappear, making it impossible to know what to answer.

### Affected version
GitHub Copilot CLI 0.0.400. On macOS.
### Steps to reproduce the behavior
I entered the plan mode and gave a prompt to start the plan, after a while Copilot came back with several questions, that's when it happened. I have the session log saved and could share it internally if there's interest.
