Add `--debug` flag to display debug information

Allow copilot to be started with debug logging in the CLI, and display useful information such as the complete tool calls with arguments and other things

### Proposed solution

It would be great to have a `--debug` or `--verbose` (or similar) flag when starting copilot.

This would allow for full debug information display such as complete tool call logs.
