When using a matrix strategy the actions fails in the post step

### Describe the Issue

When using a matrix strategy to run the job multiple times the actions post step fails all but once because it can not find the initial reaction that has been removed already by some other matrix run.

Commencez par src/functions/post-reactions.js et src/functions/post.js, les fichiers nommés dans le journal des actions, et reproduisez l’échec à l’aide de la configuration de matrix indiquée dans l’issue. Suivez comment chaque exécution de matrix trouve et supprime la réaction initiale. C’est terminé lorsque l’étape post ne signale plus d’erreur Not Found lorsque plusieurs exécutions de matrix traitent la même réaction sur un commentaire.
