Codeql database analyze on CLI is stuck

**Description of the issue**

When running this command
```
codeql database analyze -vvvv /var/tmp/database /opt/codeql/qlpacks/codeql/python-queries/0.1.0/analysis/ --format=sarifv2.1.0 --output=query-results.sarif
```

Codeql seems to be hanging here for a very long time:

If I run without a specific query codeql would get stuck in the same spot when optimizing a `.ql` This is running on a Docker container with the base image of Ubuntu 20.04. Memory and CPU usage is not a problem. Any idea why?
