Make TearDownMethod match more than JUnit 3.8

`TearDownMethod` is described as:
>A JUnit 3.8 `tearDown` method.

Would it be possible to extend it so it matches other frameworks and other JUnit versions as well? Limiting it to JUnit 3.8 makes it rather unattractive, especially due to there already being JUnit 5, so the number of projects using JUnit 3.8 will likely decrease over time.
