.NET 10 Support

I recently updated a C# project to use the new .NET 10 SDK, but my CodeQL workflow started throwing an error on analysis:

> **Error**: Encountered a fatal error while running "/opt/hostedtoolcache/CodeQL/2.23.3/x64/codeql/codeql database finalize --finalize-dataset --threads=4 --ram=14581 /home/runner/work/_temp/codeql_databases/csharp". I see in the [Supported Languages documentation](https://codeql.github.com/docs/codeql-overview/supported-languages-and-frameworks/) that .NET 10 is not yet listed. Is that truly the issue, and if so is there a timeline for support?

Start with the Supported Languages documentation and the linked public workflow, then inspect the CodeQL analysis logs for the .NET 10 failure. Done means confirming the support gap or its cause, enabling successful analysis of the example C# project, and updating the relevant support documentation if needed.
