**Description of the false positive**

We are getting flagged issues on our `tsconfig.json` files, despite comments being allowed in them. I believe that these files use the json5 spec.

**Code samples or links to source code**

If you create a brand new project using `npx tsc --init` for example the initial file contains comments.
