[Question] How to CodeQL CLI automatically determine custom qlpacks to run with default qlpacks

**Description of the issue**
I 'm using codeql bundle to analyze with command
```
codeql database analyze codeqldb --format=sarif-latest --output=result.sarif
```
`codeqldb` is database codeql of project java. This command will analyze `codeqldb` with default qlpacks `codeql\java-queries`

I have a custom qlpack for java with name `customql/java-queries` and this qlpack has been added into codeql workspace. But this custom qlpacks was not automatically determine by the codeql

The question is how codeql automatically determine all the qlpacks in codeql workspace base on the language (java, csharp,...)

For example: When run command `codeql database analyze codeqldb --format=sarif-latest --output=result.sarif` codeql will auto analyze with qlpack `codeql\java-queries` and `customql/java-queries`
