The generated java database resource (XML file) is duplicate

Compile Command：`codeql database create DatabaseName --language=java --command="mvn clean install"`

In the generated database src. zip, resource has been changed into two copies. For example, **UsernameMapper.xml**
, in addition to the `src/main/resources/mapper/` directory, also has an identical file in the `classes/` directory, resulting in my query results changing from two to four.

I make sure I delete the `target/` directory under the java project
