[Bugs] Stale CI job status in the PR review panel

When consulting a PR in the review panel, if some CI job has failed, even if that same job is being rerun (from the web page for instance) and then succeeds, it's still displayed as failing in the Copilot app interface (along with the succeeding job, it's kinda duplicated).

Start by reproducing the issue in the PR review panel with a failed CI job that is rerun and then succeeds. Trace how CI statuses are refreshed and combined in the panel; done means the old failure is removed and only the succeeding job is shown.
