Description

**Mood:** 😔
**Category:** General

There should be an "allow all calls of this tool for this session and/or project", similar to how it works in Copilot CLI. Right now we only get an option to allow once, deny for a reason or deny. I keep having to re-approve trivial read only requests which makes it hard to automate. This happens even in autopilot mode! We should be even able to set this and autopilot in automations, I am not able to get a single automation work on a schedule, because it keeps asking me to approve every single rep or web fetch (as an example).

Research direction

Start at the /chat approval flow and trace how tool-call permissions are handled in autopilot and scheduled automations. Done means users can configure approval scope for a session or project, including read-only requests, and eligible automations can run without repeated prompts.
