There seems to be a bug not allowing me to see and switch branches for multi-repo projects/sessions. Currently I have a project with three github repositories in it, but I can only see the correct available branches for one repository while the other two are stuck on the default "main" branch.

Below is a screenshot showing that one repository (the top one) can be switched from "main" to "development", whereas another repository (the bottom one) is only showing "main".

Start by reproducing the issue in the /chat path with a multi-repository project containing repositories whose available branches differ, using app version 0.2.29 on Windows. Compare branch selection for the repositories shown in the screenshot and trace how branch lists are loaded for each repository. Done means every repository exposes its available branches and allows switching away from the default main branch.
