I work on microsoft/playwright and I open PRs that originate in my skn0tt/playwright fork. Somehow, when asked to open PR, GitHub Copilot Desktop keeps on opening the PRs within my fork as opposed to upstream. I'm not seeing this happen with Copilot CLI in the terminal.
