Add self-created issues on non-connected repos to Inbox.

It would be nice if I could see and select issues in the inbox that I've created in repositories that I haven't already connected. Right now I have to go and manually add the repo before I can then select issues to start sessions from.

This is especially useful when I open an issue on a third-party repo and then want to take a crack at forking and PRing a fix upstream.
