Feature request: Move/reassign chat sessions to projects

Problem: When working in a general chat session, I often start by exploring, forking, and cloning a repo. Once the project is set up, I want to continue working in context — but there's no way to move or reassign the current chat session to a project. I have to create a new session and lose the conversation history/context.

Proposed solution: Add a "Move to project" action that reassigns an existing chat session to a project, preserving full conversation history. Alternatively, allow "Copy context to new session" which creates a project session pre-loaded with a summary of the current chat's context.

Why it matters: The current flow forces a context switch and loss of continuity. Users who start exploratory work in chat and then want to transition into focused coding on a project shouldn't have to start over.
