**Feature request: Allow creating projects from chat/CLI**
I just forked and cloned a repo using Copilot CLI tools (`gh repo fork`, `gh repo clone`), but then hit a wall — there's no way to register it as a project without switching to the UI. A `create_project` tool (accepting a local path or GitHub repo URL) would let the agent complete the full workflow end-to-end: fork → clone → add project → create session → start working. The current gap breaks the flow and forces a context switch for what should be a one-command operation.
