[ Feature Request ] Add Agents Tool marketplace

### What problem are you trying to solve?

Currently most of the Agentic IDE like codex, cursor 3 all have marketplace for plugins, skills. This app doesn't have one. just has MCP catalog

### Proposed solution

I would like to have a unified marketplace (open source like Awesome Copilot Repo) for all agents tooling (skills, plugins, MCP, custom agents, hooks, predefined prompts for automations etc. inside the app so that i add them directly.)

and build a standard for agents tools access like .agents for all, so that every Agentic IDE( github copilot app, VS Code Agent Window, even third party IDE) all access the same global tools.
