### Feature summary
Rather than having to set /remote per repo, allow the user to specify /remote on for all sessions
### What problem are you trying to solve?
I have 5 instances of copilot app running and 3-4 repos on each, I just want to set the setting in the general tab. Then I want to manage all my sessions in https://github.com/copilot/agents
