Unable to change the model using the model picker

It stopped allowing me to change model using the model picker

### What happened?

It was working before update v.0.2.9 (I think), then clicked install update to v0.2.9 then it showed something like "Reload models" next to the model picker, even though I clicked it everytimes it showed up, it never allows me to change the models.

It happens on all my sessions/chat

### Steps to reproduce

Probably not reproducible easily unless you guys downgrade to previous version then upgrade to newer version, on my machine all sessions/chats are affected (new and resumed ones)

### Expected behavior

Being able to pick the model I want.
