i would love to be able to use my claude or copilot based agents that are defined in the .claude or .copilot folders of my project or user home directory.

this functionality already exists in the vscode version of copilot chat and works wonderfully.

this allows me to define my agents and their memory once and have them usable across any given harness i am using at the time.
