Project Folder with Many Sessions "jumps away" when right-clicking for settings menu

When one has a project folder with many sessions in it, and then one attempts to right-click the project folder to get to the settings menu, the project folder and its sessions "jumps" to the top of the screen, and the right click instead selects the session that now happens to be under the mouse.

Reproduce the issue in a project folder containing many sessions, then inspect the project-folder right-click and settings-menu behavior. Done means the folder stays in place and the right-click opens the project settings without selecting the session beneath the pointer.
