Microsoft Store version is so old that migration from WinGet to Microsoft Store fails

### Short summary

Since GitHub is a subsidiary of Microsoft, the latest version of the Copilot App must be published to the Microsoft Store simultaneously with the desktop version.

### What happened?

Copilot App doesn't launch and the following error message box appears:

### Steps to reproduce

1. Install Copilot App via WinGet
2. Use it to save user data
3. Uninstall it
4. Re-install it via Microsoft Store
5. Launch it

### Expected behavior

The migration succeeds and you can use the latest version of Copilot App installed from Microsoft Store

Reproduce the migration by installing the app through WinGet, saving user data, uninstalling it, and reinstalling it from the Microsoft Store. Compare the Store version with the WinGet version and verify that the Store release is current enough for the app to launch and preserve the migrated data.
