### What happened?

The expanded output for the built-in Edit tool does not wrap changed source lines. When an edited file contains a long physical line, the tool result displays it as one long visual line instead of wrapping to the available width.

This makes exact changes difficult or impossible to review. Copying the output elsewhere is not an easy workaround because the pasted text contains a large number of unexpected blank lines between rows.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Open any scope in the GitHub Copilot app.
2. Ask the agent to edit a file containing a line longer than the available Edit result width.
3. Expand the Edit tool result.
4. Observe that the changed line does not wrap.
5. Select and copy multiple rows from the Edit result.
6. Paste the copied text into another editor.
7. Observe the excessive blank lines between rows.

### Expected behavior

Long lines in Edit tool output should be horizontally scrollable, with an option to wrap them to the available viewer width.

Copied Edit output should preserve normal row separation without inserting excessive blank lines.

Users should be able to review exact edits without reformatting source files or reconstructing copied output.
