I often have dozens of things underway and it's hard to remember what they were each about. Would it be possible to show the original prompt in like a hover somewhere?

Start at the /chat entry point and inspect how in-progress items are displayed. Add a way to reveal each item's original prompt on hover, then verify that the prompt is available for multiple underway items in the chat view.
