Would like to be able to limit tokens per session such that the agent would stop after consuming provided budget and wait for further inputs.

Start at the /chat entry point and trace how an agent session tracks token consumption and waits for user input. Review the existing session and stopping behavior before defining the budget boundary. Done means a provided per-session token limit stops the agent after the budget is consumed and allows it to continue after further input.
