Use **Help → Send feedback** in the Copilot app/CLI UI (or the smiley/feedback icon if shown). Include:
1. Exact timestamps and a short session summary.
2. What you expected vs what happened (“agent claimed done without file changes”).
3. A screenshot of the conversation and `git status --short`.
4. Repo/session identifiers (repo name, branch, and if available session ID).
5. Severity (“token burn with no forward progress”).
