[Requests and Ideas] Please provide agent picker and instructions support

Please provide agent picker and instructions.
Our repository is quite complex and we spent some time defining our agents, instructions and skills. I can only see skills are picked up by this app. I was not able to find if instructions in repositories are being used and I was not able to pick agent to work on my prompt, I could only select model. Without this, I worry the results will not be accurate.
