Bug: approved PRs are not showing on view with "Review is Approved".

I can confirm that if I uncheck "Approved", resulting in "Review is Any", the approved PRs show. I can also confirm that if I check any of the other options (Required, Changes requested, No reviews), approved PRs don't show. The only way to see my approved PRs is to uncheck all Review options, which effectively removes the filter entirely.

Reproduce the issue in the GitHub app using the Review is Approved filter, then trace the review-filter handling for the work view. Done means approved pull requests appear with Approved selected, while the other review options continue to exclude them as expected.
