This applies to GitHub web app PR UX too - It baffles me that comments shown on the main timeline (which include snippets of the referenced diff) don't have a link to the full diff at that location! At least half the time the snippet shown lacks context required to understand or evaluate the comment.

Start in the /chat experience and trace how pull-request comments are rendered in the main timeline. Compare the displayed diff snippets with the referenced pull-request location. Done means a comment can take the reader to the full diff at the relevant location, including when the snippet lacks enough context.
