PR check status may show previous attempts as current failures

## Reported behavior

A user reported that the **Check status** section in a session's PR tab continued to show earlier failed attempts after the check succeeded and the PR was merged.

The screenshot appears to show one check listed several times because the PR triggered it multiple times.

## Expected behavior

The section shows the latest result for each check, or clearly separates previous attempts from the current status.

## Impact

The displayed failures may make it difficult to understand the current PR status.

Start with the Check status section in a session's PR tab and trace how repeated check attempts are collected and displayed. Reproduce a PR with multiple attempts, including a failed attempt followed by a successful merged check. Done means the latest result is shown for each check, or earlier attempts are clearly separated from the current status.
