Opening the GitHub Copilot app from the start menu when it's already running should bring the window to the foreground.
I forgot that I ran the app earlier today, and it wasn't on my task bar, so I tried running it from the start menu multiple times, and thought it was crashing since nothing happened. It took me a while to realize there's a github icon in my sys tray, with an option to show the window again.

Reproduce this on Windows 10 by launching the app from the Start menu while it is already running and hidden from the taskbar. Start by tracing the Start menu launch behavior and the system-tray show-window behavior; done means a subsequent launch brings the existing window to the foreground instead of appearing to do nothing.
