Description
When I close the app, it looks closed, but I can see it running in the background when I open the task manager. Now, when I close the laptop, come back after some time, and try to open the app, it doesn't open. I have to click twice to open it. During this time, if my Azure Remote MCP is disconnected, the mcp servers list shows it as connected, but it's not working.

Reproduce the behavior on Windows 10.0.26200 using app version 1.1.10, starting from the /chat path and testing both app shutdown/relaunch and a disconnected Azure Remote MCP. Done means closing the app leaves no unintended background process, relaunch works on the first attempt, and a disconnected MCP server is not shown as connected.
