I've repeatedly had issues with sessions, generally ones that have spun off child sessions, where eventually the parent session stops doing any actions, whether in autopilot or interactive. Even though it responds with affirmations that it is continuing to implement, it never acts any further. The cycle will continue fruitlessly until I begin a new session. I've used the download debug logs command and will include that link to the private GH issue.
