Description
GitHub Copilot keeps running deleted Autopilot sessions in the background. The deleted agents still show activity and send messages to other agents. The app respawns new Copilot CLI worker processes after I stop or delete them. This may be consuming my paid AI credits without my permission. Please cancel every server-side task linked to these deleted sessions, stop deleted agents from respawning or messaging other sessions, and refund any AI credits used after deletion.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue in the /chat experience on app version 1.1.10, checking whether deleted Autopilot sessions continue activity or respawn Copilot CLI workers. Trace the deleted-session lifecycle across client and server behavior; done means deleted sessions stop all tasks, messages, and worker respawns, with post-deletion AI-credit usage addressed.
