I sometimes get this message "This repository uses Git LFS but git-lfs is not...

I sometimes get this message "This repository uses Git LFS but git-lfs is not installed. Install it with: brew install git-lfs && git lfs install (macOS) or visit https://git-lfs.com for other platforms." which seems odd given this is running on Windows and brew isn't an option. It would be far better if this message was contextual to the platform that Copilot was running on.

Start in the /chat experience by reproducing the Git LFS warning on Windows 10 and locating the message shown when git-lfs is missing. Update the wording so it reflects the platform in use, then verify that Windows no longer recommends Homebrew and that other platform guidance remains appropriate.
