I have setup LM studio as a local provider.

I have setup LM studio as a local provider. I am able to access the catalog of models via the model setting. However everytime I try to run a prompt, I get the sign in to GitHub on the top right corner of the screen.

This never happens with other orchestrators. I think i am done with GHithub Copilot UX. Going to focus on VS Code insiders instead
