I'm being told that an unrelated canvas I have is ready from a different session in all of my other active sessions. The "Info: git-hygiene canvas ready" message can be seen in the below screenshot. this session is from a different repo and is unrelated to that canvas.

Start by reproducing the report from the /chat path with multiple active sessions and compare the notifications shown in each session. Use the screenshot and the reported app version, OS, and unrelated repository context as the expected scenario. Done means a canvas-ready message is visible only in the session associated with that canvas.
