I would like to be able to start a Canvas withouth having the need to actually send a message in a new session.
So Press + on a Repo -> Get the Chat window, and I can immediatly select my Canvases.

Now I need first send a message in the app for it to actually discover possible canvases

Reproduce the flow described in the GitHub Copilot app on Windows 10: press + on a repository and open the Chat window without sending a message. Trace when available Canvases are discovered or loaded. Done means the existing Canvases can be selected immediately in a new session before any message is sent.
