Would it be possible to add multiple folders/repositories for a project? Right now, one project = one folder/one repository.

No files or tests are named. Start by locating how projects store their folder or repository association and where that association is selected in the desktop app. Done should mean a project can add, retain, and use multiple folders or repositories without breaking existing single-folder projects.
