Session disconnected and became unusable after Extension reload

## Steps to reproduce

1. Work in a session.
2. Have the AI run `Extension reload`.

## Actual result

- The active session is disconnected when `Extension reload` runs.
- Messages can no longer be sent.
- The error `You are not licensed to use Copilot.` is displayed.
- Creating a Fork or a new session does not resolve the issue.
- Other projects and sessions continue to work normally.

## Expected result

Running `Extension reload` should not disconnect or make the active session unusable.

Start by reproducing the issue in Copilot app 1.1.5: run `Extension reload` during an active session and inspect the session and license behavior. Done means the active session remains connected and accepts messages afterward, while other projects and sessions continue to work normally.
