please put agent chat on the right side of the viewer like in every other program. It hurts my head trying to work with chat in the middle pane. At least give me the option to switch their positions...

Start at the /chat entry point and trace how the viewer and agent chat panes are laid out. Check whether the existing layout supports repositioning or a user-selected arrangement, then define the expected behavior for placing chat on the right or switching positions. Done means the chat arrangement can be changed as requested and remains usable on Windows.
