I updated the app to version 1.1.4 and now I cannot create new sessions - workspace, worktree or from issues - they all keep hanging without any error returned to user or recovery path. The app idea is cool but what is up with this product quality?

Start by reproducing the hang on WSL with app version 1.1.4 across workspace, worktree, and issue-created sessions.
