### Installation context

Standard Mac install

### What happened?

When I am trying to run `/skill` I'm getting one of two errors

1. `Unknown slash command: /skill`
2. `X Loaded skill 'skill'` - this is a red X and it fails to load

When I restarted the app it didn't help - I end up just telling the agent to load the skill from disk

My skills are installed via my user `.agents` folder and from a copilot marketplace extension

### Steps to reproduce

Type a `/skill` message into chat (possibly after a long run)

### Expected behavior

The skill is loaded and run
