app cannot load proxy at macos, i have to open app by terminal shell: open -a "GitHub Copilot"

app cannot load proxy at macos, i have to open app by terminal shell: open -a "GitHub Copilot", just open app directly i could auth cause our company need proxy to assess github enterprise.

Can load system proxy or shell proxy, when open the app by click app icon.
