Description

### Short summary

App components not visible

### Affected version or release

v1.1.3

### Installation context

_No response_

### What happened?

The screen is streched outside the viwable area and makes the app unusable or difficult to use. One needs to click on green window dot to un-maximize and maximize again to fix the issue.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Open the GitHub Copilot app on MacBook while connected to an external monitor.
2. Click on green dot to maximize the window and start working on external monitor.
3. Detach from external monitor and close the lid of the macbook
4. Come back and re-attach the monitor.
5. The window is likely broken with components showing off screen as if the window is scaled for 4x bigger monitor
6. Click on green dot to un-maximize the window and again click on green dot to maximize and restore the broken state.

### Expected behavior

The app should continue to work without the need for un-maximize and maximize again.

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. First reproduce the issue on macOS with an external monitor using the listed detach, lid-close, and reattach sequence, then trace the app's window restoration and maximized-state handling. Done means the window remains usable after reconnecting without toggling maximize twice.
