Feedback: permissions in the latest version

The latest version includes changes to the permission system (the prompts before commands, file access, and network use). This is the place to share how it's working for you.

Useful to hear about: prompts appearing when you didn't expect them, missing prompts, how allow/deny choices are remembered, settings behaving differently than before, or how it compares to the previous version.

**If a specific command was flagged for approval when it shouldn't have been, please report it in #2543 instead** — those are tracked separately.

Note: some of this is behind an experiment and isn't enabled for everyone yet, so your experience may differ from what others describe here.

Include: version, OS, what you expected vs. what happened.

Redact secrets before pasting logs or screenshots.

This is a general feedback thread and names no files, tests, or code entry points. Start by collecting a specific version, OS, expected behavior, actual behavior, and a redacted reproduction; use #2543 for commands incorrectly flagged for approval. The work is not ready to be considered done until a concrete permission-system problem and scope are identified.
