Description
Allow me to provide quick feedback that isn't a public GitHub issue.
Sometimes I have quick feedback that I want to submit that I don't have the time to create a proper GitHub issue with all the right repro steps and version information and whatnot.
It would be nice to be able to submit feedback that only went to GitHub and let the people working on GitHub Copilot analyze all the various peices of feedback and find the common themes.

Research direction
No source files, tests, or entry points are mentioned. Start by locating the app's feedback or support flow and determine how a private submission could reach the GitHub Copilot team without creating a public issue. Done means users can submit quick feedback with the listed app context and the team can review it.
