Description

I work in a workspace folder, internally it has repos folders, this way I can work across components of a system and develop vertical slices of features. In the CLI that works very well, but in the Copilot App the session is not able to see the files in the workspace folder, it only sees the files in the internal repos, I need to give the agent the absolute path to find the files.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in Copilot App 1.1.2 on macOS with a workspace containing nested repository folders, comparing it with the CLI behavior. Trace how the app discovers workspace files; done means files in the workspace folder are available without providing their absolute paths.
